This workshop aims to provide an introductory experience focused on readiness and preparation to engage with AI that centers the human experience - in a judgement -free environment- that is designed to meet participants where they are, invite curiosity, and support critical choices on their AI journey. Through our signature immersive experience, Indigo Innovation Group - The ARC™, participants begin to shift mindsets, introduce tools and skills to " consciously" evaluate, select, and build within the ecosystem that best fits their leadership, teams, organizational, and community context and culture that holds the AI technology, alongside the human experience -and that is rare.
Through a hands - on experience, participants are supported through Indigo Innovation Group - The ARC™ team to begin to shift mindsets through coaching that is grounded in the power of optionality and choice, while concurrently playing in our signature technology sandbox around their biggest opportunities. This concurrent experience cultivates strategic thinking, builds leadership confidence, and illuminates critical choice points and the FLOW™ required to transform organizations from the inside out. The goal is to uniquely position and arm participants with resources to lead at the next level as the next generation of AI Transformational Architects by engaging with Indigo Innovation Group - The ARC™ across our suites of offerings.

As President of Indigo Innovation Group, she advises and coaches leaders across philanthropic, nonprofit, and public/private sectors. She is also the Founder of CoThinkk, co-owner of No Grease Northlake and No Grease Premium, and Co-CEO of Razored Technologies.
Previously, she held leadership roles at the Kate B. Reynolds Charitable Trust, Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation, and National Rural Funders Collaborative. A TEDx speaker, two-time #1 international bestselling author, and award-winning author of *Choosing Purposeful Alignment*, Tracey is nationally recognized for her thought leadership in change leadership, organizational transformation, social change philanthropy, and purposeful alignment.
Janean Benton has spent over 20 years doing one thing exceptionally well: helping women find their way back to themselves. She also brings 30 years of experience developing high-performing technical engineering teams. She is a Transformational Coach Professional (TC2) through the Institute for Coaching Innovation and is Microsoft certified as both an AI Transformation Leader and an AI Business Professional. She also holds a BS in Business Administration from Lincoln University.
